At CR4L there are no employees. everyone who works in the business is a stakeholder.

For now suffice to say that most companies treat employees like children. They use managers like parents checking up on them and this does not encourage creativity and teamwork.
We don't have managers. Everyone who works with CR4L has significance and is a stakeholder in the business.
There are no office hours as individuals work to their own rhythm. But we are focused on goals and delivering a service second to none.
